The Story

A pioneer who put people first.

Julia Ross founded her eponymous recruitment firm in Sydney in 1988 and grew it into one of Australia's largest independent recruitment and HR-services businesses — spanning professional, executive and IT recruitment, HR technology and consulting.

In September 2000 the company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange — the largest female-owned business ever to float on the ASX. Today Julia mentors high-growth ventures and champions wellbeing, longevity and philanthropy.
